By downloading, installing, or using FamilyFund (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to:
The FamilyFund iOS application
All related services and features
Premium subscription services
Petro Kulakov (the “Developer”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FamilyFund on your personal Apple device, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms and Conditions.
You may:
Install FamilyFund on up to 5 personal devices under the same Apple ID
Use the App for personal financial tracking and budgeting
Enable iCloud Sync to synchronize data across your devices
Use Premium features if you have an active subscription
You may NOT:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to hack the App
Create derivatives or modifications of the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Share your account credentials with others (share via Family Sharing instead)
Attempt to access other users’ iCloud data
Circumvent app restrictions or security measures
Use the App in violation of any applicable laws
FamilyFund offers an optional Premium subscription with enhanced features:
PDF and CSV export functionality
Advanced analytics and insights
Priority customer support (if applicable)
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store using StoreKit 2
Apple Inc. handles all payment processing and billing
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
You will be notified of pricing before purchase
FamilyFund Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
Renewal charges will be applied 24 hours before the renewal date
You will receive renewal notifications via Apple
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Opening the App Store on your iOS device
Tapping your profile icon
Selecting “Subscriptions”
Finding FamilyFund and selecting “Manage”
Tapping “Cancel Subscription”
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
All refund requests must be made through Apple (not the Developer)
Apple’s standard refund policy applies: refunds are typically granted within 14 days of purchase

The Developer does not issue refunds directly. Apple controls all subscription billing and refunds.
Free trial periods begin immediately upon subscription activation
Billing occurs at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends
Unused portions of free trials do not carry over if cancelled
FamilyFund is a budgeting and expense tracking tool for informational purposes only. It does not constitute:
Professional financial advice
Tax advice
Legal advice
Investment guidance
You are solely responsible for:
Accuracy of data you enter
Financial decisions made based on App data
Compliance with applicable tax laws
Consulting professional advisors (accountants, financial planners) for major decisions
The Developer is NOT liable for:
Financial losses or gains resulting from App usage
Inaccurate calculations or forecasts
Third-party financial decisions based on App data
Obsolete or missing financial information
The FamilyFund application, including its design, functionality, and code, is owned entirely by Petro Kulakov. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
All financial data you enter remains your property
The Developer does not claim ownership of your data
You retain the right to export or delete your data at any time
5.3 Trademarks
“FamilyFund,” the FamilyFund logo, and “Code Horizon Venture” are trademarks of Petro Kulakov. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

Key Points:
All financial data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account
The Developer does not access your financial information
No data is shared with third parties (except Apple for subscription processing)
You maintain full control over your data
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
The Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding:
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of App functionality
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Absence of viruses or malicious code
Fitness for a particular purpose
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The Developer will not be liable for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
Financial losses or decisions made based on App data
Third-party claims or damages
This applies even if the Developer has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
You may stop using FamilyFund at any time by deleting the App from your device.
The Developer may suspend or terminate access to FamilyFund if you:
Violate these Terms
Attempt unauthorized access to the App
Engage in illegal activity
Harm the integrity of the App or other users
Termination is effective immediately upon notice. You may delete the App to remove it from your device.
Upon termination:
Financial data stored in your iCloud account remains accessible via iCloud
Data stored on your device may be deleted by uninstalling the App
Premium features become unavailable
FamilyFund relies on Apple services:
CloudKit: Secure data synchronization
StoreKit 2: Subscription payment processing
SafariServices: Displaying legal documents

FamilyFund may include links to third-party websites (e.g., Apple, your bank). The Developer is not responsible for:
Third-party content
Third-party privacy practices
Third-party terms of service
Use third-party services at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
Good-faith negotiation (30 days)
Mediation (if negotiation fails)
Binding arbitration or court proceedings (final resort)

All applicable local and national laws
You are responsible for all content (text, notes, categories) you enter into FamilyFund.
Content must not:
Contain illegal material
Violate third-party rights
Contain offensive, abusive, or harassing language
Promote violence or discrimination
The Developer may remove or restrict access to content that violates this section.
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of FamilyFund implies acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed. All other provisions remain in full effect.
