Support and legal documents for the FamilyFund iOS app.
Last Updated: March 23, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using FamilyFund (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you obtained FamilyFund through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s platform rules and Apple Media Services terms.
These Terms are between you and FamilyFund, not between you and Apple.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you to the extent permitted by applicable agreements and law.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for FamilyFund.
Petro Kulakov grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FamilyFund on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules and subject to these Terms.
You may:
Use FamilyFund for personal budgeting, planning, and expense tracking
Enable iCloud sync to synchronize your data across your Apple devices
Use premium features if you have an active subscription
You may NOT:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it
Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the app except as expressly allowed by law
Interfere with the app, its security features, or related Apple services
Attempt to access data that does not belong to you
Use the app in violation of applicable law or Apple platform rules
You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms when using FamilyFund, including Apple account terms and the terms governing any third-party services accessed through the app.
FamilyFund offers an optional Premium subscription with additional features made available in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store using StoreKit
Apple handles billing and payment processing
Charges are applied to your Apple account
Prices, billing periods, and any introductory offers are shown by Apple before purchase
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Renewal timing and billing are handled by Apple under your Apple account settings
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account subscription settings.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Apple states otherwise.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple because Apple is the merchant of record for those purchases
You can request a refund through Apple Support: https://support.apple.com/billing
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law
If made available, introductory offers, promotional offers, and offer codes may be subject to eligibility rules, storefront availability, Apple account restrictions, and Apple’s own policies.

Continued use of FamilyFund after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Petro Kulakov’s provision of the app, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
